Membership

(1) Full Member	Individuals who agree to the purpose of this Association and affiliate to it.
(2) Annual Fee	Individuals or entities willing to cooperate with programs conducted by this Association.

Membership Fee

Enrollment Fee	Full Member	1,000 yen
Enrollment Fee	Supporting Member	5,000 yen
Annual Fee	Full Member	12,000 yen
Annual Fee	Supporting Member	60,000 yen

Enrollment

A person wishing to become a full member of the Association shall submit a Membership Application form to the Director General, which shall be approved by the Board of Directors.

Withdrawal from Membership

1. A member intending to withdraw from the Association shall register the matter with the Director General.
2. When a member dies, he/she shall be regarded as having been withdrawn. When the Association is dissolved, all members shall be regarded as having ceased to be members.

Dismissal from Membership

When any of the following clauses is applicable, the General Assembly of the Association may dismiss a member from membership with a decision made by three quarters of full members.
(1) A member has failed to pay an annual fee for more than one year.
(2) A member has injured the reputation of the Association, or has acted against the prospectus for the establishment of the Association.
